How To Choose Your NCAA Tournament Bracket

March madness is one of the most exciting times of the year for avid sports fans. Many groups of friends, co-workers and acquaintances have friendly competitions each year to see who has the best NCAA tournament bracket. There are a few strategies you can follow to help make your bracket stand out as the best.

When choosing your Final Four for the bracket, don’t put all of the top seeds from each region in it. This rarely ever happens, and is a statistical improbability. You’ll want to pick a few clear upsets along the way in your bracket. Teams such as George Mason pop up from nowhere and make runs to the Final Four.

Pick two very strong teams and take them all the way to the Championship game. These two teams will be the ones you favor to win it all. Pick the teams with the best matchups in each round to advance, because the NCAA tournament is as much about the matchups as it is how good each team is individually.

Do some research to figure out what the top teams- strengths are, and how their matchups with certain teams may cause problems. Have fun and good luck with your brackets!Still bored? Click to continue: March Madness Goes Mobile with PocketBracket
